All roads managed by the Baraga County Road Commission have a shoulder open for ORV/ATV riding. A new ORV trail was opened in the summer of 2023 three community trails connecting Baraga State Park on US Hwy 41 to join Baraga to L’Anse together  its called LB Trail. Also, Barga State Park to Covington Called the CC trail and a large loop on most of trail 14 in L’Anse to Arvon called MA Trail. We also have the DH Trail from the Alston area to Twin Lakes.

Baraga County trail authority was started to make Baraga County ORV friendly as a Hub for the many towns around us. They took over the MI-Trale Trails in Baraga County and have been working hard to add more state funded ORV Trails. We are working with MI-Trale, Federal forest, Lyme, State of Michigan and many private land owners. Please stay on trails so we don’t loose easement. We have many work bee’s and fun rides come join us!
